In 1994 Metalink entered the kennel business by acquiring Evans Kennels, a manufacturer of premium chain link kennels for over 40 years. Omer Evans stayed on as an advisor for the first couple of years passing on valuable advice in the manufacturing of modular kennel panels. Excellence is hard to improve upon, and many of the techniques learned back then still apply today.

Several years ago we recognized a shift in our customers’ needs. Many wanted to transition from chain link fabric to a welded wire panel. We responded by designing and manufacturing a welded wire mesh kennel that offers superb strength and exceptional appearance.

As pet owners became more savvy and elected to board their pets in “resort style” facilities with many amenities and offerings, it became apparent that aesthetics would be a major consideration. Our kennels are now available in several different finishes and unlimited color choices. Because we use only galvanized steel, these kennels, whether they are chain link or welded wire, offer years of service at an affordable price.
